Big Bear Bikes offers FREE standard delivery to mainland GB (ie excluding Northern Ireland) delivery on parts and accessories over £40. Items in-stock at our store are delivered within 5-7 working days.
Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. We use a combination of postal and courier services for our standard accessory deliveries.

Order your new Trek bike* from us and one of our team will hand deliver it to your home or place of work. We use a specialist 'white glove' courier trained by ourselves.
For peace of mind, every bike comes fully assembled and PDI’d by one of our Cytech mechanics – not your usual bike in a box delivery as some other shops offer.
Due to current demand for our bikes, please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days for delivery. We will call you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
